Our Home Inspection includes visual exterior/interior examination of the foundation, siding, decking and crawlspaces. We include comments as to any termite or pest activity noted in our report, however, in order to obtain a Wood Destroying Insect Report (WDIR), we can co-ordinate the termite inspection with a local accredited pest control inspector so that you can have a WDIR report prior to closing.
